Which files can I import?

You can import PDFs and common image formats from Files, or choose an image from Photos. Multi-page PDFs let you choose the page containing the label.

The automatic crop isn’t quite right

Choose Edit Label and adjust the crop around the shipping label. The editor exists as a manual fallback when an unusual document layout confuses automatic detection.

The finished label looks unclear

Label Fixer preserves source quality wherever possible, but it cannot restore detail missing from a low-resolution screenshot or heavily compressed image. Try importing the original PDF when one is available.

My Pro purchase needs restoring

Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Check your internet connection and try again if the restore does not complete.

Where are my finished labels stored?

Finished labels in History are stored locally on your device. You can delete individual items or clear the history from inside the app.

Does Watercolour Digital receive my labels?

No. Label detection and editing happen on your device, and Watercolour Digital does not operate a cloud-processing service for your documents.
